Air Marshals portal.log file continously reports the following error [ERR]: portal::ses_usage_update: error getting entry IOCTL data from kernel How can I correct this problem?

This problem can also occur when using a 64-bit linux kernel with Air Marshal. To correct this problem you must upgrade your linux kernel to version 2.6.17 or later.

Under general settings enable show advanced options. Next from RADIUS Accounting / Accounting IP Table should be blank. If there is a value set clear it, disable advanced options under general and click save changes for the change to take effect.
