When viewing Invoices and Statements the base amount multiplied by the quantity does not add up to exactly the total amount shown. Why is this?

This is caused by the display of the invoice and statement report rounding the base amount to two digits when in fact its actual value is maintained using four digits. Emerald conciders the total line item amount to be the sum of base amount and quantity rounded to 2 digits.
