I'm using IMail 2006 with Emerald using Emerauth and customers are not able to make changes to their accounts using the Imail interface. What can be done to fix this?

This is a known problem IPSwitch is working to fix in an upcoming update (IMail 2006.1). We recommend having customers use the Emerald account center to change their account password in the Interim.
