This can be caused by an older version of the Crystal
Reports engine crpe32.dll file (8.5) in your windows\system32 directory. Emerald 4.5.10 install al crystal report files in a the c:\program file\common files\crystal decisions\2.0\bin directory and also adds that directory to your system path. By either removing the older crpre32.dll file or replacing it with the 9.2 version, HTML exports should work properly
