I need to invoice a customer for their next term in advance however when I click 'Invoice next' nothing happens. What could be wrong?

If the services Billed Thru date is set far enough into the future Emerald will not invoice the customer again for service. You can change number of days into the future Emerald is allowed to invoice by increasing 'Emerald Admin' / Accounting' / 'Settings' / 'Invoice Next Term Max Days'
