I want to include a telephone number on the invoices and statements we send to our customers however I can't find a field in Emerald 4.5 to do this? Is this possible?

The current version of Emerald currently does not provide a field specifically for phone number in Invoices and Statements. You can include the telephone number by editing the Invoice or Statement with the crystal report editor. Or an easier method is to use the 'Bill Address 1' field as the telephone number and 'Bill Address 2' as the first line of the billing address for each billing group. Billing group settings are accessable from the Admin/General/Billing Groups menu.
