I forgot my password to access the Emerald configuration server or the RadiusNT admin. How can I reset my access password?

Customers with UNIX versions of Emerald and RadiusNT can reset their configuration password by removing the line starting with 'WCPassword=' from the file /usr/local/iea/common.ini

The configuration passwords are set when you install one of our products. If you need to you can reset it by removing the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\IEA\Common\WCPassword
Then next time you go to the Emerald configuration server or RadiusNT admin it will prompt you to set a password.
