How can I print out a human readable listing of all MBRs and services within Emerald?

Login to Emerald, switch to the Admin section. Click System / Reports.
In the report listing, find the report labled 'Account Report' with a filename of account.rpt ... select that report.
Change the type field from 'System' to 'Custom'.
After doing this the account report will appear in the Custom Reports section of Emerald. Use it to print out a list of all customers and their information.
