How do configure Emerald 4.5 to pro-rate a credit for the days left in accounts month when canceling a service?

In Emerald versions 5 and 6 prorate on cancel settings are configured at the service type level from Emerald Admin / Services / Service Types.
Emerald version 6 uses timeline and re-invoice process to void and reissue a corrected invoice to include cancellation rather than apply a separate credit adjustment.

This can be done by changing the Pro-Rate days on cancel option found in the admin/global/accounting menu within Emerald from 'No' to 'Yes'.
