When customers login to the customer interface they get an access denied error on Password or adding Incidents when trying to change their password or billing information. What would cause this and how can I fix it?

This is caused by incorrectly changing the security privledges of the Customer Access operator group. It should have global access to the Customer Access object group with Read/Add/Change privledges. Any other configuration should be changed.
