What do I configure to allow my customers to login to Emerald and check their account status, make payments..etc?

'Remote Access' field in the service determines weather a customer is allowed to logon to Emerald using service login and password. See 'Services' / 'New Service / Edit Service' section of Emerald v6 User's guide for details of each access level.
Default remote access setting when creating a new service depends on Emerald Admin / Services / Service Types / Default Remote Access.
