When I try to print various customer information such as a statements or invoices I get the error access to report reportname.rpt Denied. What could be causing this?

In this case you've most likely defined a custom invoice or statement report for a particular billing group.
These custom reports must also be defined in the Emerald Admin/System/Reports to allow the system to apply the appropriate security restrictions for access to the report.
